Shelfie

Terms of Use

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms apply to Shelfie: Beauty Expiry Tracker ("Shelfie", "the app"), developed by Artur Zhumabekau ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which governs your license to use the app. If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.

What Shelfie does

Shelfie helps you keep track of the expiry dates and open-jar periods of cosmetics you enter yourself. Dates, freshness labels and reminders are calculated from what you enter and are for guidance only. Always check a product's packaging and condition, and stop using anything that looks, smells or feels off. Shelfie is not medical or dermatological advice.

Shelfie Premium

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

The free plan

Without Premium you can track up to 5 products and get a reminder on the day a product expires. We may change which features are free or included in Premium; changes never shorten a period you have already paid for.

Your data

Your products and photos are stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; deleting the app deletes your shelf. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the App Store terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage resulting from using a cosmetic product, from missed or late reminders, or from loss of data stored on your device.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
